Top Cabinet Approvals: 16 May 2018

The Union Cabinet on May 16, 2018 approved the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and Morocco for cooperation in the legal field. The Cabinet was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The MoU will enable exchange of experience and expertise in the field of law and legislation between the two nations.

The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on May 16, 2018 approved signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and Swaziland on cooperation in the field of Health and Medicine. A working group will be set up to further elaborate the details of cooperation and to oversee the implementation of this MoU. The MoU was signed on April 9, 2018. It will facilitate cooperation in areas including drugs and pharmaceutical products, medical consumable products, medical research, medical equipment, public health, communicable disease control & surveillance, health tourism and any other area of mutual interest.

The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given its ex-post facto approval to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and Equatorial Guinea for cooperation in the field of traditional systems of medicine. The MoU was signed on April 8, 2018. The MoU will enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the areas of traditional systems of medicine. Besides, the Union Cabinet also gave its ex-post facto approval to the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and Equatorial Guinea on cooperation in the field of medicinal plants.
